An entrepreneur and philanthropist, Kirsten Mangers was born and raised just miles from where the corporate headquarters of her Orange County, CA.-based software company, WebVisible, Inc., now stands. A self-proclaimed small business advocate, Kirsten was an early innovator behind the localization of online advertising for small-to-medium sized businesses, in what will become a $13 billion industry by 2010.

Today, WebVisible is the leading international name in local online advertising, utilizing a patent- pending software as services platform to help local businesses acquire new customers across a vast network of media options.

Kirsten has expanded the company with diverse partnerships across 14 countries, serving small business advertisers in 4 languages. WebVisible’s domestic and international reseller partnerships now include AT&T, British Telecom, Intuit, European Directories, Microsoft, and The New York Times Company, among others.

Kirsten has been instrumental in making “local” a part of online advertising’s global vernacular.

Additionally, Kirsten is on the board of directors for the Alzheimer’s Association of Orange County and is vice chairwoman of the Southern California Technology Political Action Committee. She is an internationally renowned industry speaker and lobbyist, frequently recognized by the media as among a prestigious list of “women innovating technology”. In 2009, she won the “Outstanding Woman in Technology” award from TechAmerica.

Previous to WebVisible, Kirsten had accumulated 20 years of experience in the local interactive, wireless, and directory industries, including positions in sales, strategic planning, marketing, and business development for SBC, GTE, Pacific Bell, Go2 Systems and Engage Technologies (a CMGi Company).

Ronald Burr

Ronald Burr joined WebVisible in 2009 and is responsible for product development, engineering, IT, media and operations.

An industry pioneer, Mr. Burr founded and managed NetZero through its early growth to its dominant position as one of the world’s largest Internet Service Providers. With eight Internet technology patents in the areas of online advertising and market research, he has created technology solutions for many premier companies including IBM, Verizon Wireless and Sempra Energy. Interactive Week named him one of the “25 Top Unsung Heroes of the Net” and he is on Response Magazine’s list of the “21 people leading us into the 21st Century.”

Before joining WebVisible, he served as chief product officer for LRN, the leading application service provider for online education and solutions enabling clients to manage enterprise-wide governance, ethics and compliance processes. Named as one of  “Top 50 IT executives at xSP’s” by InfoWorld, Mr. Burr was also previously chief strategy officer of Jambo, a leading pay-per-call Internet company targeting local business; CEO of Layer2 Networks; partner with international IT consulting firm, IMPACT Software, a senior technology consultant for IBM, and vice president of software engineering with Vault Corporation.

Jon Rosen

Jon Rosen joined WebVisible in 2010 where he is responsible for direct sales, channel development, and marketing.

Rosen has over 25 years’ experience driving revenue, business development and marketing teams for leading public and private companies. He was an early pioneer in search marketing when, in 1998, he was the founding president of the leading SEM firm, iProspect. The agency was the first to develop sophisticated, successful search advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Rosen took the company from inception to become the recognized leader in large-scale search marketing services.

For the past 11 years, Rosen has focused on interactive media, managing Internet advertising and search for companies ranging from successful startups to global media companies including the search division at America Online (NYSE: AOL).

Prior to WebVisible, Rosen was the executive director for strategy and business development at AOL Search; which included AOL local search. He architected several high-value acquisitions and partnerships and developed America Online’s SEM and SEO division. Rosen also served as a corporate officer for Autobytel (Nasdaq: ABTL)—one of the largest automotive search advertisers and online properties – where he led business development, advertising sales and operations, partner acquisition and search marketing. At Spot Runner, a well-known local advertising innovator, Rosen ran the company’s online, search and local business.

Rosen has also served in search advisory and committee roles including the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Doubleclick, Market Hardware (acquired by IAC), search software company SearchForce, Vacanza (Purchased by Mountain Reservations) and video search engine MeFeedia.

Since joining WebVisible in 2005, Paul has been instrumental in the company’s strategic business development, building a diverse collective of domestic and international partnerships across Fortune 500 organizations within the Yellow Pages, newspaper and classifieds publishing, and online marketing industries.

Prior to WebVisible, Paul spent 7 years developing next generation Internet products and services at Dex Media, including the management and development of their first search engine marketing program for local businesses. Additionally, Paul has over 17 years of experience developing and marketing online products and applications for large scale organizations, including FedEx and Qwest Communications.

Paul holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Denver.

Chris Black

Chris Black joined WebVisible in 2009 where he manages all aspects of technology including infrastructure, product development, technical support, data warehousing, and delivery of solutions.

A veteran in the High-Technology and Telecommunications industries, Chris has over 25 years of experience in new product and process development, strategic planning, and systems architecture. Before WebVisible, Chris was the Vice President of Technology for LRN, the market leader in ethics and compliance solutions, and Chief Operating Officer of Jambo, Inc., a telecommunications company developing solutions to accommodate local business exposure on the Internet. Additionally, Chris founded the product group for United Online (formerly NetZero) during its formative years.

A long-time surfer and snowboarder, Chris volunteers his time for Boarding House Mentors, a non-profit organization that reaches out to underserved youth and introduces them to a positive lifestyle through board sports.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Methods fromCalifornia State University Long Beach.

Veena Dua-Chillar

Since joining the company in 2005, Veena has been an instrumental architect in the development of WebVisible’s culturally and strategically diverse team. Today, Veena leads a team in employee relations, training, recruiting, and benefits that support WebVisible’s rapid growth agenda. Her influence extends beyond the corporate address to satellite offices across the U.S.

As an employee advocate, Veena has adopted one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry, introduced a more modern means of electronic benefits management and reconciliation, and extends benefits packages to cover employee domestic partnerships and those with long term disabilities.

With more than fifteen years in human resources, her prior experiences include assistant vice president of human resources at Washington Mutual, where she was recognized for her fiscal responsibility programs. As a human resources business partner at Conexant, she implemented best practices that streamlined the entire worldwide sales organization.

Veena attended California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, from where she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources.

Carla Fitzgerald

Carla joined WebVisible in 2010, where she oversees corporate marketing, public relations, lead generation, and sales support initiatives.

Carla has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry holding a wide range of technical and sales positions that have contributed greatly to her successes in B2B marketing.   Prior to WebVisible, Carla was the senior vice president of marketing at Logical Apps, and led the company's efforts to reposition its products to compete in the Governance Risk and Compliance market, dominating the Oracle space, and ultimately leading to an acquisition by Oracle.

Carla also served as the vice president of marketing at Bitfone Corporation, helping the company to secure $57 million in equity financing and position the company's patented IP portfolio for the eventual acquisition by HP. As an executive at Quest Software, she created the marketing infrastructure that would support the company's IPO, ranked Top 10 among technology offerings in 1999. Prior to Quest, Carla spent 10 years at Computer Associates, holding senior management positions in marketing, business development, product management, and field engineering.

In addition to these executive roles, Ms. Fitzgerald has provided strategic consulting to a variety of start-up companies in enterprise software, mobile and retail markets.  She holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Computer Studies from Claremont McKenna College, and sits on the Board of Advisors for the UC Irvine Marketing Extension program.

Doug LaBahn joined WebVisible in 2009 where he leads a team responsible for product management, advertiser experience and predictive analytics.

An industry leader in innovation and product management, LaBahn has over ­­­20 years of experience in product strategy, new product development, and customer retention and acquisition. Prior to joining WebVisible, Dr. LaBahn held senior product leadership positions focused on serving the Small Businesses and Middle Market companies at Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Corporate Executive Board and LRN Corporation.

A long time small business advocate and expert in customer retention, Dr. LaBahn has advised many small businesses and has been published in numerous professional and academic journals. Dr. LaBahn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine, an MBA from CSULB, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Gail Patton

Gail Patton joined WebVisible in 2010 and directs all aspects of accounting operations including overseeing accounting policies, transaction processing and financial reporting.

For the past two decades, Gail has successfully overseen financial reporting and accounting within the challenging environments of publicly traded companies and a Big 4 accounting firm. Gail specializes in accounting leadership, SEC reporting and compliance, GAAP/404 compliance, mergers and acquisitions accounting and integration, and implementing best practices and process improvements.

Before WebVisible, Gail held various positions, including senior director of financial reporting and worldwide accounting, at Broadcom Corporation, a publicly traded, Fortune 500 company that designs and supplies semiconductor solutions, with $4.5 billion in annual revenue (FY 2009). In that role, Gail managed the worldwide accounting organization of 50+ professionals in eight countries, including financial reporting, general ledger, consolidations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and payroll, and implemented and documented process and control improvements.

Gail holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from California State University, Long Beach.

Natalie Tarpinian

Natalie joined WebVisible in 2010 where she is responsible for the national sales division and oversees the company's agency, franchise and cooperative initiatives.

Natalie is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in advertising sales and proven success leading business development and sales operations to achieve goals. She has a diverse background in all forms of media, including broadcast, Internet media, outdoor and print.

Prior to joining WebVisible, Natalie served as the director of advertising sales at Spot Runner, a well known advertising innovator, where she ran the company's regional and national lines of business. Additionally, as the director of West Coast advertising sales at Cardinal Communications USA, she was instrumental in developing strategic marketing plans used agency-wide to support various marketing mediums. Also at Cardinal, Natalie spearheaded partnership efforts with companies, including Sony Picture Classics, Paramount Pictures and Focus Features.
